Neil uses his 20+ years of coaching experience on the jobsite mobilizing the crew and promoting team concepts. Neil was a facility manager for a Fortune 500 Company, which gave him the managerial experience and professional knowledge to ensure Lenick remains focused on safety.
Frank has been an estimator and project manager of commercial and residential carpentry projects in the tri-state are for 15+ years. His experiences as a Division 1 collegiate hockey player have given him the competitive drive and team player skills that are essential to our continued success.
Ben has 8 years of construction experience, starting as a laborer while in college. He gained cost estimating experience with some of the larger tri-state-area general contractors on multi-stage $400-million projects before coming aboard.
Adam has 7 years of Project Estimator experience in thermal and sound prevention construction. Starting as a laborer and warehouse supervisor, he worked his way up to become a Project Estimator. His estimating experience includes residential homes to large scale commercial and mixed use projects in the Philadelphia area.
Mike has over 18 years experience in commercial and residential construction, including 16 years in the Carpenters Union. He has over a decade of supervisory experience, including roles as a foreman, superintendent, and project manager.
Chris has an AA in Construction Management and is also a trained Superintendent through the Associated General Contractors of America. He has 25 years of hands-on carpentry experience which includes work on residential, commercial/industrial and historical renovation projects. His schooling and experience, coupled with his overall passion for the building trades business, are his driving forces to keep jobs moving on time and under budget.

Mayda has 10 years of construction office experience with billing, accounting and contracts. She fulfills the essential needs of the company for day to day operations and long term goals.
Lenick Construction Inc was founded in 1972 by Len Lynch Sr. From the very beginning, Len Lynch Sr's handshake was his way of doing business. He believed that "His Word was as Good as Gold". Len Lynch Jr started working in the family business at an early age before heading off to college at the University of Maryland. While attending Maryland, Len played football, was voted team captain of the 1985 team and made 1st Team all ACC and honorable mention All American football player his junior and senior years. After graduating from the University of Maryland in 1985, Len was drafted into the NFL by the New York Giants. In 1992, Len Lynch Jr became the company's President. Len brought his competitive spirit from the football field to the company and coupled with his father's experiences, has built Lenick Construction Inc into a multimillion dollar company.
